But what’s made a bigger impact has been the relationships they’ve built through the program. They feel connected to a community of practices that help each other navigate major and minor challenges as they arise.

About the program

We’re looking for practices of all sizes, specialties, and locations to share their athenahealth experiences with peers considering our solutions. You can help set these practices up for success by giving them insights into what it looks like to work with us. Participation takes many forms, but can include site visits, reference phone calls, template sharing, and specialty webinars. By taking part in this program, you’ll have the chance to showcase your results to a broad audience of peers and fellow organizations while helping to grow our nationwide network.

Getting started

 

Joining the National Showcase Client Program starts with a nomination from your customer success manager or sales executive. The client advocacy team will review your organization’s information and performance and schedule a call to discuss program details with you. Once you are approved, you’ll receive a contract outlining your responsibilities, compensation, and your next steps. Once your contract is submitted, we’ll add your practice’s name and contact information to our program roster.
